Last updated August 24, 2026
1. Purpose and scope
This policy applies to Remove Zero accounts, the free web tool, image requests, generated results, and related infrastructure.
2. Rights and lawful content
- Submit only images and URLs you are authorized to process.
- Do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or data-protection rights.
- Do not use the service to evade marketplace, platform, court, regulator, or rights-holder restrictions.
- Do not process illegal sexual content or sexual content involving minors.
3. Harmful and deceptive use
- Do not use results to impersonate, defraud, harass, extort, or materially deceive a person.
- Do not create misleading product listings by removing context that is material to condition, quantity, included accessories, safety, or authenticity.
- Do not conceal evidence, alter regulated records, or support illegal trade.
- Do not use the service for surveillance or biometric identification.
4. Security and service integrity
- Do not obtain or test another user’s account, session, request, or result.
- Do not bypass authentication, human verification, rate limits, concurrency limits, or geographic controls.
- Do not send malware, exploit payloads, decompression bombs, intentionally malformed files, or requests designed to exhaust resources.
- Do not scan or penetration-test the service without prior written authorization and an agreed scope.
- Do not resell or automate access in a way that defeats abuse controls.
5. Automation
The free web tool is intended for interactive single-image use. Scripts, duplicate traffic, uncontrolled retry loops, or artificial load that bypass human verification or published limits are prohibited.
6. Enforcement
Remove Zero may block content, throttle requests, suspend an account, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, rights holders, or legal compliance.
Where appropriate, the operator should explain the reason and provide a review channel. Immediate action may be necessary for compromised credentials, illegal content, active attacks, or material harm.
7. Reporting
Report suspected abuse or security issues through a contact method published by Remove Zero. Do not include passwords or sensitive customer images.
