Terms of Service
Rules for accounts, customer images, generated results, and service use.
Last updated August 24, 2026
1. Agreement and scope
These terms govern access to Remove Zero websites, accounts, the free single-image tool, and generated results. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
In these terms, “Remove Zero,” “we,” and “us” mean the Remove Zero service operator. “You” means the person or organization using the service.
2. Service
Remove Zero provides free single-image background removal. Current features, file limits, supported formats, and availability are described on the tool page.
We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue a feature and provide reasonable notice for material changes when practical.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must have authority to accept these terms for yourself or your organization.
- Account information must be accurate and kept current.
- You are responsible for activity performed with your account credentials until you sign out or notify us of suspected compromise.
- You must not share an individual account in a way that defeats access controls or usage attribution.
4. Free access and limits
The single-image tool is currently available without payment, subscription, or credit deduction.
Published file, dimension, rate, and usage limits apply to every request. We may restrict automated or abusive traffic to protect availability for other users.
5. Customer content
You retain your rights in images, URLs, metadata, and other material you submit. You grant the operator a limited license to receive, copy, process, transmit, and temporarily store that material only as needed to provide, secure, support, and troubleshoot the service.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to submit the material and instruct us to process it. You must not upload material that violates law, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Results and human review
A background-removal result is an automated output and may omit product details, retain background fragments, or handle transparent and reflective materials incorrectly. You are responsible for reviewing results before publication or other consequential use.
The service does not promise that a result is accurate, unique, merchantable, legally safe, or suitable for a particular marketplace. Source images should be retained so a result can be reviewed or replaced.
7. Service integrity
- Use the published upload formats, file limits, and account controls.
- Do not circumvent rate, security, human-verification, or account controls.
- Do not probe other accounts, sessions, requests, or results.
- Do not submit malware, decompression bombs, intentionally malformed files, or requests designed to exhaust resources.
8. Suspension and termination
The operator may restrict or suspend access to protect the service, other users, third parties, or legal compliance; respond to compromised credentials; or stop prohibited use. Where practical, notice and an opportunity to correct the issue should be provided.
You may stop using the service and sign out at any time. Data access and deletion are described in the Privacy Notice.
9. Availability and changes
Remove Zero does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a fixed processing time, capacity, or error rate.
Material changes to these terms should be announced before they take effect when practical.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is intended to be provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Nothing in this clause excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third-party hosting, authentication, security, and compute services may affect availability. The operator remains responsible for choosing and managing those dependencies.
11. Liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remove Zero is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
You remain responsible for the legality of submitted content and downstream use of results, and for claims caused by your unlawful content or misuse of the service.
12. Governing law, notices, and contact
The governing law and dispute forum stated in an applicable account notice apply, subject to mandatory consumer rights and other non-excludable law.
We may send service or account notices to the email address associated with your account.
